• Contact and registration details submitted through our inquiry forms or registration/waiver forms (name, phone, email, address, age or date of birth, skill level).
• For minor participants, information provided by a parent or legal guardian, including the child's name, date of birth, and relevant medical information necessary for program safety.
• Payment information is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor (Square); we do not store your full card details on our servers.

2. Children's Privacy

Our registration forms for minors are directed at, and completed by, the parent or legal guardian — not the child. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children online. Information about a minor participant is provided to us solely by their parent or guardian for the purpose of program registration and safety.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process registrations, manage class schedules, and communicate about our programs.
• To send transactional messages (scheduling, billing) and, where you have separately opted in, promotional messages.
• To maintain required safety and emergency contact records for program participants.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, which may collect information according to their own privacy policies:

• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram): used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to understand which visitors complete our registration forms. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage & Retention

Registration and waiver data is stored on servers operated by Nova Tennis Academy. We retain this information for as long as reasonably necessary for program administration, safety records, and legal compliance.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of promotional communications at any time, by emailing info@nova-tennis-academy.com. Promotional SMS messages can also be stopped at any time by replying STOP.
